The Company does not ask you to specify their age and it cannot determine the exact age of the persons entering the website. The usage of the Company’s services by persons under 18 years old is acceptable only with the consent of parents or legal guardians. Placing an Order using false information, including an Order made for another person and a person under 18 years old with no prior consent of a parent or legal guardian, is a violation of the terms of the giver Agreement.

Turnaround Time

We work diligently to prepare your new documents within 5 business days and ensure you are provided with the highest quality service in a timely fashion. A business day is considered Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m., Eastern Time Zone, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Depending on the difference in size of each individual project, or any significant delays on your part in providing essential information, there may be instances where we cannot guarantee a specific time of completion unless otherwise agreed. Guarantee/Revisions
